Everybody has a story, and this is mine. I was born and raised here in Washington. The PNW is in my blood, I love to be outdoors whether it rains or shines. I love hiking, fly fishing, camping ... pretty much any adventure I can make up I probably will find a way to. I love food on a whole different level,  not junk food but good home cooked meals. I have made foods as unique as Moroccan, Russian and my favorite Filipino and as simple as American simplicities like Pot Pie or fresh ground hamburgers and potato salad.

I have had a love for massage since I was 13, became licensed as quickly as possible and have been practicing massage since 1996. I have loved every minute of my career but I find with the longer I have been practicing I am better at quieting my mind and listening to my patients. I believe that the time you are on my table belongs to you, I strive to put you first and not flood the massage time with my own stories or priorities. This time is your therapy for your body and muscles and sometimes even your mind. I am here to help others through their healing process and encourage them in any way possible so they can be at their best all the time.
